I'm a wife, mother of two, mentor, business leader and lover of food and travel. I'm an advocate of work-life balance and sharing the experience of being fully present with my family while also having a flourishing career. I believe it is important to be present for your family and for yourself but to also be transparent that it will not always be perfect because life happens and that is okay.
