Dr. Inna Kanevsky is a professor of psychology who is passionate about sharing her field with others, and debunking misinformation about it on social media. She immigrated to the US as a Jewish refugee from the former Soviet Ukraine in the early 90s. Her background, her nerdy interests, and her colorful personality all contribute to her TikTok content. She is known for always “bringing her receipts” by providing research sources relevant to her posts, but also for her straightforward and occasionally snarky presentation.
