I am Esethu Mtsolo from Mitchell'splain, an intelligent woman with great skills, great personality and good character. Authentic or genuine and reliable. I am unique person in my own way. Leadership skills, identity and self love. I respect others as also like to be respected. I am reliable for my joy as well for others. I like to engage with people, learning new skills and experience knew things for change. I am motivated person, as also like to share my knowledge with others. I am person who likes to keep peace and joy from those who are sarounding. I always wanted to bring change in a community especially in young woman. I have build boldness and confidence for ly self, so is what i am looking forward to also do to impact young womans in my community. I believe that self knowledge is the beginning of the self improvement. Identity is the key of knowing where are you going in life. I believe also changing the way you think / thoughts are the most powerful thing in life because it's shape our future. I believe on what i know but the most what people belive also add more value in my life. Life is a beautiful journey. 

Health life style comes with joy. Beauty is my everyday desire. I believe money cannot buy joy but beauty can brings joy. I am a woman of intergrity. I believe in ownership, because ownership starts with me. I am person who's always conscious about the life. I believe the type of life i wanna leave its depend on my daily actions or decisions. I always see my self as head not on tail. I am a woman of dreams and visions. I believe my dreams won't come on my comfort zone but i must work hard not hard but smart. I believe in myself, i always liked to try new things. Life without challenges is not a real life.  Failure to me is steps to take me to the next level.

Advertising or Marketing strategy is the highest calling for my life. I grew up always see my self in Television, magazine and billboards. I am spoke person and always like to keep people happy when am around. I like peace and joy. 

I grew up in an background where things look like impossible for my career. I cald in poor background and ended up choose wrong career. I didn't be realistic with my self and know what i am patient on until i discovered my identity. Knowing who am i, was very helpful to develop confidence and know what is my passion.  I am matured beliver, god fearing woman. Public speaking i found it very easier after knowing my self. I am doing life development, Youth sessions like No Apologies and Focus on a family. 

I am a facilitator on above sessions. Being influencer i found it easier for me since i am familiar with those sessions. I believe of my actions or decision, that's what makes me different to other influencers.  My desire is not only of being on Tv but changing people's lives.

Bealiving in myself and being authentic. I thinking that's shape people around me seeing that nothing is impossible, whether you are from poor family or rich family. Knowing what do you want in life.  I always aim big for ly life. Starting small knowing exactly what do you want. Walking with wise also make le wise.
