I have a passion for all things fitness and have done since I was little, the main reason I work out is for the mental benefits but the physical benefits are always an added bonus! I'm currently trying to help my body recover and get back to how it was pre-baby which I'm finding really rewarding.  I am currently a brand ambassador for a small fitness brand called Body Activewear. 

I love anything handmade. Especially jewellery, I have an obsession with handmade earrings they are just so unique and pretty! I own a little handmade candle business and it's so therapeutic creating candles for people, I enjoy getting creative and making content for my business page.
