As a Ph.D. student in the field of health and wellness, I am dedicated to understanding the complexities of human behavior and promoting well-being in individuals and communities. With a Bachelor's degree in sociology, a Master's in psychology, and my ongoing pursuit of a Ph.D., I have developed a deep understanding of how human interactions and environments shape our lives.
