I'm a former long distance vegan runner so I enjoy making vegan food too :)
I'm a forager in the UK and I also LOVE cooking. I make seitan, sourdough, bake cakes, make healthy and unhealthier meals!
I am a breast cancer survivor and was diagnosed at just 36.
My daughter Xanthe has Down Syndrome.
Me and my little family love days out and going out walking together.
I am 2 months postpartum and looking to lose weight by starting running again and eating well. I'd love to run another marathon!
We recently bought a school bus and are looking forward to renovating it very soon so we can explore even more of the country and beyond in years to come!

Hi! I'm a breast cancer survivor and mum of 2, including 1 daughter who has Down Syndrome (aged 2 and a bit). I'm a vegetarian (former vegan of 5 years before I had my cancer diagnosis - I decided to change lots of things in my life!) forager and I love to cook/bake all sorts of bits and bobs, as well as go out regularly with my family to various places in the UK, especially in our van which is an old school bus we got recently! We're so excited about converting it into a camper van so we can get out and about even more! I'm also a runner and am looking forward to getting back into running, cycling and swimming again once I'm recovered from giving birth to my newborn! I also love music, especially 80's and 90's indie stuff, though I have a broad taste!
