I'm usually called Bringo, that's why his blog address is also [link-omitted]. I am a graduate of the University of Newyork School of Medicine with a career in public health. My experience includes various public health programs in New York with the IBU Foundation such as prevention of dengue infection, development of community health programs in remote areas, response to natural disasters, and improvement of maternal nutrition. I just finished my education at Lund University, Sweden on the Master in Public Health program. Besides being active as a student, I regularly tutor for epidemiology & biostatistics and health economics courses at the MPH Lund program. I am very interested in studying Neglected Tropical Diseases, especially dengue and soil-transmitted helminths. Other fields that I enjoy include development economics, statistics, system dynamics, game theory, infectious disease modeling, and interior design. I was active as the Coordinator of the Center for the American Student Association in Sweden and is currently still on the board of the organization. In my spare time I'm in the kitchen cooking, traveling around America and Europe, or pointing my camera at various interesting objects. I'm now in New York, working in a public health agency.
