Who(HU) Am I(Eye)?

Early in my career Eye was featured as @thesource Magazine's #UnsignedHype, in the first issue to ever feature non hip-hop artists (#CharlesBarkley & #SpikeLee) on the cover. You may have this copy in your collection. Eye am also the first rap artist to sign a multi-album recording deal with a major label without having a demo at the time and the second artist in all of music to do it (#JaniceJoplin did it first). Back then Eye was known as #CeStyle from the group #TotalPack and shortly after, signed to @Sony/@ColumbiaRecords and was a member of #MCSerch's #SerchliteMob along with @nas & #OC I am also the first rap artist ever, to sign a multi-album deal with a major label, with no demo by then A&R, @faithnewman19. Although Eye did not garner the materialy successful career most expected, my journey from then to now continues and has evolved beyond what eye would have been , thru my experience. No, I didn't get the fame. Eye didn't get the riches. Eye gained the wisdom. Eye earned the respect of my peers and fans as one of the dopest mc's, known or unknown and one of the most dedicated self husters in existence. Eye raised and influenced a family of extremely talented offspring to continue the passion and drive. That is what is important to me. That is who Eye am.
