Short about me - I train adults and I teach children. Long about me -  I help people get healthy and fit. I am a trainer second and I teacher first. Even when I'm training people I am teaching them. I believe that health and fitness go hand and hand. If your relationship with one is incomplete achieving your goals will be a lot harder. A lot of people think you need fancy equipment to get in the best shape of your life. I started training with just body weight exercises in my living room. So I'm proof that all you need is time, consistency and the will to work for it. In my spare time I like to volunteer at dog shelters and dog sit. I also have a healthy obsession with shoes and fashion (-;
