Thomas is a Level 2 Sommelier certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers and an accomplished culinary and beverage professional with over 6 years of experience in culinary operations and development. His expertise spans across various settings including test kitchens, film sets, restaurants, and as a culinary producer, wine list curator, F&B stylist, and writer. Thomas is highly skilled in restaurant operations, culinary arts, consulting, recipe testing, and beverage and cocktail development.

Previously, Thomas served as a Beverage & Culinary Consultant at Creative Culinary Management by Jean George, Executive F&B Outlet Operations Director at Virgin Voyages International Cruise Line, and Beverage/Cocktail Consultant and Nutrition Educator at SHG Restaurant Group. He has advanced mixology, wine, and beverage consulting experience, as well as recipe development training.

Thomas's Level 2 Sommelier certification showcases his exceptional knowledge and passion for wine, making him a valuable asset to any team in the culinary and beverage industry. Thomas is currently pursuing his CMS Master Sommelier under the direction of Scott Carney, world renown Master Sommelier & instructor.
