Born in Florida while my mother was in the Army, I have traveled through the lower USA during my childhood. At 16 we settled into Louisiana where I finished school, married, produced two wonderful and creative girls, and earned my LPN degree. Three years ago my beautiful daughters created illustrations of unique characters and asked me to create a story behind the drawings. The short background story blew up into a three novel series that is currently in the last stages of finishing the last book. The first two have been self-published and are available online. The joy I felt writing lead me to seek more from a part-time freelance career. After deliberation and many realizations that my nursing career is harming my health more than the paycheck was worth, I began writing full-time in April 2021. I have been writing exclusively for Verblio Content Creators and have quite enjoyed my time there. I would love to increase my revenue and make it more reliable so I am venturing outside of my comfort zone to create my own space. Publishing under my own make and finding my own clients is now my goal for the next year. Raise your glass and wish me luck!
