Social Review on Instagram

Hello, I'm Meli Agustin. I like tea and coffee when I write. Love to join short story writing competition on instagram. I like to write journal articles about education, language, and society. Currently studying English Education in one of the universities in Indonesia. Likes to do productive things and new things. Currently learning a bit about graphic design and photography. Enjoyed writing since high school and won writing competitions as well as being a contributor in several co-authored books. Currently focusing on writing with data research and new discoveries. Meli started writing after she used to go to the library near her school and spend a lot of time just reading fictional works such as novels and comics. But over time, Meli developed an interest in reading articles and knowledge books with many genres.

Meli has many hobbies, besides writing which is currently a profession, Meli also has a hobby of climbing at the peak at the end of each month as a form of mind refreshment and connection with nature. When climbing, it is very fun to take many pictures with the art of photography and take videos as content to be shared on social media such as Instagram and Tik-Tok. Hiking also has many benefits, one of which is having a lot of fresh and new ideas when coming down after the hike, that way. These ideas will be easily applied into writing later.

As a productive person, Meli is currently busy with two main activities. Working full-time and being a fourth-year student at a university in Indonesia majoring in English department education. From there, Meli enjoys making scientific works such as articles that will be published into journals.  While in college, she participated in departmental organizations and the Student Executive Board when she was in her first year to third year of college. Enjoying organizing various events and organizations made Meli learn about leadership, good time management and responsibility so that it can be applied in various situations.

Her daily activities include working full-time at a shirt and screen printing company as a graphic designer and social media management. As a social media management, Meli follows the latest news and trends that are developing in society, especially in Indonesia and updates the latest news to recreate and modify for content creation. In addition, Meli also learns a little copywriting for the content that will be posted. How influential copywriting is to support social media content and content can be reached by many people.

In her spare time, Meli also often participates in fiction writing events held online through social media information. According to her, writing can help her to stay young with a brain that is always producing and a means of expressing thoughts simply. Meli has published many anthologies of short stories and poems with many other writers. Recently, in addition to writing fiction, Meli started writing blogs about traveling, food, tee & coffee and health using research and data that are most in demand by the public. As we know, the latest issues can more easily reach readers with the most search keywords on Google. Therefore, Meli is trying to further develop writing in many interests, especially for the Indonesian people and wants to be more expanded to the global community. 

For the future, Meli wants to be more consistent in writing, developing photography, editing, being consistent in creating content and learning many things and not being afraid to explore many things. The knowledge that has been learned during college will be developed to the maximum in the world of writing and sharing benefits with many people through writing. With writing, the world can see our work. However, along with the development of technology, writing can be converted into a script for making movies and much more.
