Former junk foodie turned health foodie. I am passionate about helping others on their health and wellness journey into keto because I know first hand how hard it is. Support is a big part of the journey and I truly aim to support people through sharing my journey with all it's ups and down as I learn to redefine what it means to be healthy. I also raise awareness about a condition called lipedema. This condition causes fat to build up in the body and and be resistant to diet and exercise. Keto however, has helped tremendously with this condition, and I want to show others that it can help them too. I enjoy finding and testing out products that help lead a healthier life over all. Not just food, or supplements, but products that promote over health and well being.
