My name is Monica and, plainly, I’m probably half Alien but people seem to like me so hopefully that’s okay. I believe in Mental Health and am a huge advocate for all things self care. I dabble in crystals, spirituality, holistic living (but still learning!) and am totally, completely, imperfectly, yet perfectly me.

I am facing my 34th Solar Return this July and have lived in Michigan, USA, my whole life. Apparently I have Viking heritage, which is pretty neat.

I am an Endo Warrior (have Stage Four Endometriosis) and deal with a different day physically every day. It has severely impacted my mental health in prior years, but more recently my journey has inspired me to also focus on my physical health - take time for me - (which is almost impossible for me as I’ve always rather focused my mind on others than my own issues.)

Anyway, I’m an open book. I am here to learn and to grow and hopefully do the same for your product, business and/or service, if it is something that resonates with me!
