Life is an adventure so get out there and enjoy the journey! I love being outside, exploring nature and staying active! Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and it was a result of my lifelong love for sports. Whether it was football, baseball, basketball, soccer, etc. if it involved breaking a sweat and being highly competitive…I was in! And years later, I still have that competitive drive and spirit running deep through my veins. I also believe in taking care of oneself not just physically but also emotionally and mentally. Our emotional/mental well being goes hand in hand with fitness. This is deliberate and ultimately necessary in order for us to maintain optimal health. Personally I have my own life experiences that show direct proof of my previous statement. Recently, I’ve made a promise to myself to get back into shape and make it a priority to workout and eat healthier on a daily basis. Our lives can be very stressful and demanding. Everyday we face pressure to continue the “rat race” and in my case, be the provider to not only myself, but to a wife and two children as well. If I’m not committed to my health both inside and out, I will not be able to handle all the struggles and obstacles efficiently.
My motto is work hard and play hard! I make it a point to enjoy the fruits of my labor. I love pampering myself with the newest beauty trends and taking care of my skin. Moisturizer, exfoliating and a good shaving cream are a must, and even the occasional facial mask. How we present ourselves to the outside world is very important. Making sure I’m looking my absolute best for any situation is imperative! It also allows me to be confident and secure, I’ve always considered myself a leader and I enjoy taking charge of whatever tasks come my way. I also enjoy helping others achieve their goals and doing whatever I can to give back in any way possible.
