I’m Shane Patrick, creator of Tug’s Garage and an industrial electrician with more than 30 years of hands-on mechanical, electrical, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience.

Tug’s Garage features real-world automotive repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, tools, project vehicles, fabrication, garage improvements, and affordable DIY solutions. My content follows the entire process—including the problems, discoveries, and honest results—not just a polished final product.

I work with companies whose products make sense for automotive enthusiasts, skilled tradespeople, DIYers, homeowners, and garage owners. My audience values practical information, honest opinions, and products that solve real problems.

I’m also developing Tug’s Garage Gives Back, an initiative created to support vocational students entering the skilled trades, beginning with tools and equipment that can help them start their careers.
