Zoe Welch

I am a celebrated yoga instructor and dancer, whose daily intention is to uplift those around me and help to empower others to find joy in the beauty of movement and their own unique self expression. After years of dancing ballet, an injury forced me to re-examine how I was caring for my body, and I’m beyond grateful to the practice of yoga for helping me to regain my strength and confidence. It’s this appreciation for movement and health that has motivated me towards a career in teaching and sharing the joy of yoga and dance with others. I travel the world leading yoga retreats and teaching classes, and am happiest by the beach. I love sustainable, eco-friendly brands that support my love of the ocean and the care of Mother Nature. :)
