Spanish mum of two Beautiful children Birmingham Entrepreneur, lover of free chemicals products, healthy and clean eating food.
- [ ] My history behind my company... I came to the Uk when I was 20 years old I couldn’t say a word in English non of my family in Spain was supporting the idea of me coming to a new country on my own to study and work... they used to do bets saying I wasn’t going to last for more than a week or two.... well today I’m writing this and I’m 33 and I still in the same city I came 12 years ago “Birmingham” so much to say about this city..... ❤️ I came thinking I knew it all about life etc... Being on my own for so many years in a country where everything was so different to the way I was being brought up. I learnt to never give up in anything you always have to push yourself to your limits, I had days that I wanted to leave everything and go back to my family and my home, where everything at the time was so comfortable. I proved everyone wrong I did not only learnt english I went to university I did a BA honours degree in business & events management; God knows how hard I worked for this while working 50 hours in restaurants plus full time uni. I never fail an exam I was graduated in 2013 by Birmingham university that day I was the happiest person in earth, not only for my personal achievement but for not giving up all these years. My last year of uni I meet my partner today the father of my two beautiful children. The man that will make me see life in a different way, I’ve never meet anyone like him. Always smiling even when life has been so hard at him. When I was pregnant with my first baby I decided it was my time for me to follow my passion. In 2014 I created a range of organic Spanish sauces here in the uk and I haven’t stop since, I’ve thought I knew it all about my products, but so much work and dedication goes behind doors.
- [ ] I remember just given birth and being so scare how I was going to look after a baby on my own? And At the same time I was facing the challenges of creating a new food product from scratch (anyone that is in the food industry knows how difficult it is) when my first born was 6 months I found out I was expecting again ( yes I know we had time for everything , hahaha) at this time I thought I can’t do all this plus another baby, well as I said at the beginning I never give up! So today I’m writing this I still looking after my two children (not babies anymore) and of course my sauces. In the last four years we’ve done festivals all around the Uk, I’m selling the jars through our website and a few shops in Birmingham. We have been supplying to two of the best spanish restaurants in the West Midlands for nearly 4 years; now I’m here still studying the market adapting my products to new environments and looking for long term strategies. just hope whoever read this that I can inspire them to follow their dreams and the most important thing don’t ever give up! Always think if they all doing it out there why I can’t?
