I am short, spicy and dancing machine and I guess I can say a bit of a socialite in Chicago too. I own a small boutique gym in Chicago. Where I am a muscle movement specialist and strength & wellness coach; while also pursing my masters’ in clinical psychology at Northwestern University (yup! mind, body, soul). Incorporating clinical therapy sessions into my strength & wellness sessions. I am a universe nerd and my creative outlet is FASHION!! I love fancy dranks and dinners, laughing with friends until my belly hurts and getting up in the morning for my clients and getting in that lift session. I am a smart ass, so if you’re sensi I’m probs not for you. But very love-able. I feel people that don’t have some kind of workout routine are scatter brains. Self-care is a big deal to me. We all got tons of shit we do, but if you’re trying to serve from an empty vessel I can’t roll with you.
